Mango and Mocha choco are the best-sellers.
Dy Shake is a business that started from shakes and pancakes in February 1996. Ran by sisters Bianca, San-san and Catherine, they now have a hefty selection of "merienda" offerings, that people around the area frequent. I'm not sure what year they started adding spaghetti, sandwiches and palabok in their menu, but I tell you, it's always a treat whenever I order their palabok.
My favorite palabok
It was a small tindahan then, but they now expanded their store with seating!
Ate San-san at work, she will greet you with a smile when you enter their store.
The ladies of the store when I went there to shoot, Chrizzle and Ate San.
And after you taste the treats at Dy's shakes you'll leave their store smiling too, like this pretty girl, Julia.
Try their merienda too! They are located at 97 Vicente Cruz St., Sampaloc, Manila.
It's almost in the corner of Vicente Cruz and Lardizabal Sts. (the last stop of the Tayuman and Lardizabal jeep) in front of a basketball court.
San sa VCruz to?
